    Oooo, question for Helpie here, well I recommend watching some Sony Vegas AND Adobe Photoshop Tuts, as they both have similarities in the case of effects. My image was made a while ago TBH, which kinda meant I cheated in our competition at .info Razz, but all I do remember is using 2 layers, one black and one white with same text, and using Gaussian blur on the white one and added a Lens flare. Thats what I can remember ATM. I might remember l8er though.
